This is a reference for publications on file in the Library of Congress. I gave a rating of a 3 because it is difficult to use as a Kindle format. Hard copy would be better.
A really hard read; like the phone book, but the facts are interesting
Books about genealogy are so hard to judge before buying, it seems a Kindle edition is always a good place to start to give you a feel for what is in the book, as well as how well it is organized. This book is addresses such a broad subject, "American and English Genealogies in the Library of Congress," that it makes sense to use it as a reference for a reference source.Worth the price of 1.99 for the Kindle edition, but primarily will be simply a source.
Digital Editing is awful. Get it from the Library of Congress instead.
Useful reference book for locating some possible sources of genealogy/history information. I was able to use one of the publications listed and will be searching for a couple others. I think it is a good reference for your private collection.
To difficult to find family names on Kindle. Can't copy resources on it.
Not very helpful, a lot of names and numbers to look for them but does not tell you what books they might be in. Not a very good research guide.
Not the kind of documents you can rate only thank the person who took the time to put it together.
