The first time that I ordered this Kindle book, the text was unreadable in any version of the various Kindle readers and it was eventually removed from availability. I'm glad to say that has been fixed. However, the latest version is crashing back to the carousel at the very section of the book that interests me most. So, once again, I'm asking for a refund on the Kindle edition. I will be ordering the paper version and will provide a separate review for that edition.
